We celebrated our Family Christmas yesterday, Sunday the 23rd, and I was so blessed to have all of my family there. It was such a happy occasion! I'm sending out a special prayer for my dear Aunt Teresa who lost her son, Dwayne, back in August. This Christmas must be so difficult for her. . . it will never the same without him. Mary felt that loss, too, when her precious son died on the cross. May we celebrate the birth of our dear Saviour, Jesus, on Christmas Day, and every day. It was through his birth and ultimate sacrifice of death on the cross that we have been given the greatest gift of all--Salvation. And in accepting that gift of salvation, may we be comforted in knowing that one day we will be reunited with our loved ones who have gone on to rest with Jesus in Paradise. GLORY TO GOD ON THE HIGHEST! Happy Birthday, Jesus!
