Chicks don't really go with pumpkins, but the color fits, anyway. I think for Easter, I'll put a pretty candy dish in the center, filled with colorful jellybeans.

Nephew's first attempt at creating his own felt ornaments was delightfully successful! The yellow volkswagon was made especially for me! (ooh, ahh!) Take a look at these adorable creations:

I've started a theme of navy blue, white, and seafoam green. Hopefully, if I stay with it now, I'll have enough for my Christmas tree in November. Also, I'm occasionally working on various other color themes, also.

Okay, I will ease up on the ornament photos for now. I'll try to move on to something else after this posting. But here are 3 more . . . they are so easy and fun to make. It's great just to pop in a great movie, sit back and sip a glass of good wine, and stitch on these little things. Oh yes, life is good. Simple, but good.

More felt ornaments! So easy to make, and so much fun! I plan to give them as gifts. Also, I hope to make an entire set of blue and white ones for my own Christmas tree.

EMBROIDERED FELT ORNAMENTS

I've been working on a new (and fast) project, and I figure if I start NOW, I might have enough by the end of the year to give as gifts. I happened upon this quite by accident, and I thought it might be an easy project. It is. To date, I've only made heart ornaments, but I will be making other shapes as well.
