My daughter just got married in June! When it came time for her new hubby to remove the garter to throw to all the eligible bachelors, he thought he was "feeling her up"... but she tricked him! He was actually "feeling up" his new Father-in-Law! LOL
A BLOG FOR MY NEPHEW, CALEB... I hope you find me, soon! I love you with ALL my heart, and can't wait for you to come home!

Valentine's Day Sweetness...
Strawberry & Vanilla Bundt Cake...Love is in the air!
I didn't have a strawberry cake mix, nor strawberry icing, on hand...so I improvised, and used dry strawberry koolaid for the cake and icing flavoring. Yummy! Very tasty...Can't wait to try lemon and orange!

Wedding Decorating! Son's wedding

My son got married, yesterday! They announced their engagement in July and said they would probably just elope. So, my daughter and I asked if we could have a wedding for them, and they said, sure. When we asked what kind of decorations, they just said, "Surprise us!". Since they both LOVE Disneyworld, we kind of decorating using that theme. We didn't spend much money (compared to many), and we had Buddy's BBQ, beans, slaw, fruit trays, chips and drinks for the meal, and wedding cake, chocolate grooms cake (homemade by daughter-in-law's mom - YUM!), punch, mints and nuts for desert. Had lots of fun. Here's some pre-ceremony pictures. More photos to follow.
