Dollar Tree had plastic eyeballs, earlier in the month, but when I went back to grab a couple of bags, they were all gone!  So, I found a pack of plastic ping-pong balls (also at Dollar Tree), and I bought a couple of packs of permanent markers, and made my own crazy eyeballs in a jar.  Easy peasy!

QUICKY & EASY DOLLAR-STORE HALLOWEEN BLING!

Quick and easy, whimsical and wacky, fun and budget-friendly... $1 mask for Dollar General, orange, black, & purple sequins, orange glitter ribbon, black gloves, orange boas, black garland with silver skulls... all from the Dollar Tree.  Wear with black clothing, and tie black tulle into a bow around your wrists, for added dramatic flair.  Hocus-Pocus fun, all for about $5!

How to make a ribbon tutu... fits Bitty Babies, American Girl Dolls (or any 18-inch doll), newborn babies to 3 months, or any soft-bodied doll.  The doll was $4 and the tulle and ribbons came to a little over a dollar, so this sweet little gift for your little princess, costs just around $5 to $6.  Have fun making these easy-peasy tutus!

A FEW OF THE MANY HAIR BOWS I HAVE MADE...

AMERICAN GIRL DOLL TUTU - BLUE AND PURPLE

This tutu looks blue and white in the picture, but it's actually, dark blue, light blue, and lavender.  The hair bow was made from the leftover scraps of tulle, and sewn to an alligator clip.  I made the T-shirt from and old T-shirt of mine, and ironed on the "Princess" embellishment.  I found the purple boots at Wal-Mart on clearance for $1.00!
